RAM management poor.
Capacity planning could be wider, not server specific.

Service outages are not maintained well and impacts IT.
Capacity management across all platforms is impacts time.

Alternatives Considered

It has the capability of all monitoring products individually and it is easy to work within the VMware monitoring tool.
