Overall Satisfaction with Sophos Email

Sophos Email is used by our company as an email gateway that helps us be protected against phishing attacks and SPAM in terms [of] business problems, I would say that the issue could be summarized to the fact that before deploying the solution, we used to received hundred of SPAM emails which are very embarrassing.

Pros

  • Minimizing SPAM emails
  • Protection against Phishing attacks
  • Protection of Office 365

Cons

  • I'm not sure but I think that Sophos Email is not compatible with some email platforms such as ZEBRA
  • Third part ranking
  • The email awareness component is not part of Sophos Email and should be ordered separately
  • Without ISO 27001, our brand [directly impacts] and the email protection is a must for such standard certification
  • We are dealing with personal data for hundred of patients; if we are attacked and we don't have an email protection solution, all our [patient's] information will be on the dark web; which leads to huge professional loss
  • Exchange with some other health institution by being sure that the data shared via email is protected
[I am] giving this rating because the solution helped us to protect our data and especially to ensure to our patients that their information [is] secured and there is no chance that it could be stolen by hackers.

I would say that it is perfect since the console is on the web; I can manage the solution even from home; moreover, the solution is very intuitive and even the junior IT engineers could administer it easily.
Sophos Email is well suited to customers who have Microsoft Office 365 because the solution helps with one single license to secure O365 from spam, phishing and advanced threats ; Moreover Sophos Email has a very easy and intuitive management console ; and this without forgetting the fact that it ensures a very good email scanning and sandbox analysis.
