Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

It's being used across the sales org to manage and review performance.
  • Enables you to view performance across various time periods easily.
  • Easy to review each deal and the amount you earn per deal.
  • Perhaps there are some visual representations of your top accounts or highlights like biggest deal or data around what is our average deal size.
  • Positive - made it easy for sales to evaluate performance and not have to reach out to finance all the time with questions.
Very user-friendly, easy to find what I need.
It's definitely easier to monitor, review, and double-check my commission structure and payouts.
