Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We are using Spiff for all quota-carrying roles, including pre- and post-sales. Prior to Spiff, our Finance team was compiling data from Salesforce and sending out a commissions spreadsheet at the end of each month with our expected earnings. As our teams continued to grow, this was not scalable! Spiff now not only helps to ease the workload of our Finance team, but is a tool that our teams love to use, as they can see their expected commissions earnings refreshed daily.
Pros

Cons
- Sometimes Spiff doesn't sync in real-time (we've had some outages for days at a time), and we have to ask our Finance team to work with the team at Spiff to troubleshoot.
- Increased transparency.
- Decreased manual work involved with spreadsheets.
- Ease of use for both Admins and Users.
Spiff has definitely increased visibility into how commission calculations are made, giving the team a better understanding of what their commissions will look like for OTE and when they hit their accelerators.
Prior to Spiff, we used Excel sheets - super time consuming for our Finance team and not scalable! We love Spiff.
