Review of Spiff from the perspective of an individual in sales compensated partly by commission
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff to view monthly commissions based on annual agreement plans that are setup by my employer.
Pros
- Ability to separate commissions based on different yearly plans
- Ability to sum all of the individual commissions into a total
Cons
- I would like to receive an email notification when a monthly Spiff commissions statement is due for my review.
- It provides me with the ability to visit a website that is getting data from Salesforce, rather than looking at a spreadsheet done by hand
My level of confidence has increased as the integration between Spiff and Salesforce has improved, which, I think, is probably a function of how our Spiff administrators are setting up the integration.
