Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use Spiff to view monthly commissions based on annual agreement plans that are setup by my employer.
  • Ability to separate commissions based on different yearly plans
  • Ability to sum all of the individual commissions into a total
  • I would like to receive an email notification when a monthly Spiff commissions statement is due for my review.
  • It provides me with the ability to visit a website that is getting data from Salesforce, rather than looking at a spreadsheet done by hand
Since I have developed web applications in the past, I would say that the web UI has some room for improvement, particularly in the way that you switch between different plan years.
My level of confidence has increased as the integration between Spiff and Salesforce has improved, which, I think, is probably a function of how our Spiff administrators are setting up the integration.

It seems to be well suited for integration with Salesforce. That's where the commission numbers originate from.
