We use Spiff as our compensation tool for the sales team. Spiff supports us in around 5 types of plans we run globally. With Spiff we were able to run the quarterly compensation cycle 4 times more quickly. Moreover, Spiff allows the Sales reps to view their progress through the quarter and motivate them to hit their quarterly quotas.
