Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff as our compensation tool for the sales team. Spiff supports us in around 5 types of plans we run globally. With Spiff we were able to run the quarterly compensation cycle 4 times more quickly. Moreover, Spiff allows the Sales reps to view their progress through the quarter and motivate them to hit their quarterly quotas.

Spiff is great at implementing our complex plan, with that there is still a way to go with the reporting capabilities and flexibility Spiff has.
Increased visibility, easier compensation cycle within the quarter, team's trust and understand the calculations.
I don't remember the name of the company we compared, but we tested two companies and all decision-makers agreed on Spiff
