Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff has been a game-changer! As we grew, the old manual process couldn't scale. We have multiple Revenue teams with various comp structures, and some complex plans, Spiff makes it easy to automate these rules and stay updated.
Pros
- Spiff makes it easy for reps and managers to track quota, attainment, and commission, providing visibility
- The UX is easy and intuitive to use
- The ability to track trends in commission over months/quarters is very helpful in predicting income
Cons
- Right now, our salesforce syncs to spiff overnight, and I don't believe there is a way to auto-sync (though it may be a limitation on our side?)
- Commissions are paid consistently on time
- Tracking and transparency into comp payouts
- Huge time saver for ops team
There are no questions around comp now, each deal is clearly outlined and broken down.
