Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff has been a game-changer! As we grew, the old manual process couldn't scale. We have multiple Revenue teams with various comp structures, and some complex plans, Spiff makes it easy to automate these rules and stay updated.
  • Spiff makes it easy for reps and managers to track quota, attainment, and commission, providing visibility
  • The UX is easy and intuitive to use
  • The ability to track trends in commission over months/quarters is very helpful in predicting income
  • Right now, our salesforce syncs to spiff overnight, and I don't believe there is a way to auto-sync (though it may be a limitation on our side?)
  • Commissions are paid consistently on time
  • Tracking and transparency into comp payouts
  • Huge time saver for ops team
The sales training provided at onboarding was very helpful, it's an intuitive tool with a clean UX, the user side is very easy to navigate.

If you have a very small team (5 or fewer reps), or a very straightforward comp plan, you can probably make do with the old manual processes. But if you're growing, have various team structures and comp plans, and want an easy way to manage commission, I highly recommend Spiff.
