Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is the main way that commissions are paid out. We use it to pay out all commissions on sales deals and one-off bonuses or incentives. It is much easier than recording everything in spreadsheets. It helps us to keep track of deals even if they take way too long to payout.

It has increased visibility and has allowed me to understand better what will be paid out and when it will be paid out. The increased trust has been one of the biggest benefits of implementing spiff. It gives me confidence that I don't need to constantly worry about if I am being paid on time and the right amount.
