Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff provides up-to-date sales data that provides critical compensation details to our sales force. Spiff has proven to be a critical connection between HR/Payroll and our Salesforce.

  • Managerial access to their respective teams and compensation
  • easy adaptation to changes within plans

Cons

  • More frequent updates
  • compensation visibility creates confidence in the management
With very minimal training, SPIFF is easy to navigate and understand
