Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We love Spiff!! As a manager, I love being able to see where my team is at throughout the month. It allows me to see what deals have closed, what revenue is coming in for the business, and continues to help me stay aligned with the individual goals of my team members. When it comes to my own commission, it helps to see trends month over month and allows me to do a quick and easy audit at the end of every month in order to make sure that all of my commission is where it should be. The product is easy to navigate, helps us see month-over-month trends, and helps keep our commission transparent and accurate. Whenever people reach out to me about how we are managing our team goals and quotas I always include Spiff as one of the tools that we use to help.
Pros
- Spiff allows us to track analytics month over month and helps us see trends on our team.
- Spiff allows me to monitor and speak to the commission of the team that I manage.
- Spiff makes it easy for me to see my own personal commission and makes it easy to run a quick audit at the end of every month.
Cons
- I would love more analytics! If spiff could break out things like the deal size it would help me to see where our gaps in selling might be!
- Spiff has had a positive impact on sales rep productivity and performance. They can see in real-time what they are working so hard for and it helps to put things into perspective!
We have definitely had better alignment across teams. I work closely with sales operations to make sure that my team is getting paid the correct amount at the end of every month and the increased visibility into commissions from the very beginning allows us to talk through what we are seeing and fix any problems quickly efficiently.
I have not used or evaluated any other products.
