Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We track our commissions through Spiff!

Pros

  • Keeps me up to date with commissions month to month.

Cons

  • Easier to read. Sometimes it's hard to understand commissions that have already been paid out and what still needs to be paid.
  • The only thing I use Spiff for is to track my commissions, so I may not be using the tool to its full capacity, but that's all I've used it for.
I just may not know how to use it, but it can be confusing to read commissions at times when looking at the dashboards. Commissions that have been paid, are in the process of being paid, and are waiting to be paid all show-up. It would be nice to just see those things separately
It is definitely a nice tool to have and gives visibility into what kind of commission/compensation I can expect any given month. Like I mentioned earlier, though, I get kind of confused at times when looking at the dashboards, but that might be a user error. Would be an amazing tool if I was able to see clearly into things.

Yes

I don't interact with my Spiff account daily (honestly it's once per month), but this kind of tool is great to have if you are wanting visuals into commissions as we use for Awardco. Ease of use and other things could use some work, but this could also be a user error since I don't work with this daily.
