Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Great tool, easy to use, and helps the team be more transparent about commission when the time comes. Also, alleviates back and forth between leaders and members of the team in terms of how the commission is calculated. I wish this tool was around years ago! Would've saved a ton of headaches.

The tool is super easy and use and very straightforward in doing so. I also like the UX. Overall a must-have for any sales team.

I think the tool is super easy to use and helpful when it comes to transparency of commission. This is probably only a tool used by the sales team or alike, and I would say that's the only downside. It could be outfitted for other teams in some other way if possible to make people's lives easier across teams.
