Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is used to accurately calculate your commissions earned during a time period. It is useful to see how much reps can expect to earn on future paychecks instead of having to wait until after the selling period.
  • Verify that a certain deal is counting toward your quota.
  • Verify that the compensation matches your comp letter.
  • Planning for personal spending.
  • Integrate with SFDC interface.
  • Increased transparency into compensation calculations.
It's really easy to log in and see where you are standing and what deals are going into that calculation.
It definitely gives me peace of mind that my commission is calculated correctly.
