Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use it to check or compensation - i.e. commissions & bonuses

Pros

  • Showing commission trends
  • commission averages
  • breaks down your sales opportunities well

Cons

  • needs a seamless way to compare commissions from position to position - i.e. if someone is promoted
  • exclude months where a person didn't work from their commission averages
  • increased transparency
  • improved productivity
  • allows for friendly competition amongst sales reps
Some of it is intuitive but there are areas for improvment.
