Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Prior to Spiff, understanding my personal variable comp was truly so confusing. It was hard to know what I was getting paid each month, what they correct calculation should be, and if that was actualized with my paycheck. Now, Spiff makes it so simple and trustworthy and is something I find so fun to use each time I look. I also love that it shows my % of quota attainment.

  • Maps out the % comp calculation so you can verify the math
  • displays how much you've earned over the last rolling 12 months
  • If there was a way to push deals in same day that would be awesome
  • I'd also love a notification each week of my total instead of having to log in
  • this is outside my visibility
it's very clean and intuative to use, we didn't even need to be trained on how to use it.
There are months now I know I don't even need to check the math, that's how reliable it has been. The approval process makes things very easy as well.

Any fast-moving sales team needs this tool. The last thing you want is unhappy sales people, so giving them great visibility they can trust into their variable comp is crucial.
