Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Before Spiff, I have no view into what to expect for commission each quarter. Spiff has made it simple for me to track expected commission and allows me to drill in to see the data behind the percentages. I also can access Spiff via SSO from my phone which is very helpful.

  • Saved admin time since users can track their own commission without assitance
Spiff is very easy to use. It is available on a computer or mobile device all via SSO.
I never had visibility into the compensation/quota process before Spiff. Spiff allows me to track my own progress so I know what to expect.

Yes

Spiff very helpful for users that need to track their commissions in a sales role. Users that do not have access to advanced reporting in other sales data tools (ie: salesforce) it is needed to track progress against quota. Spiff is not needed for users not in a quota carrying role.
