We use Spiff to determine our bonus compensation and calculate our quality and quantity of our work.

  • Makes it quick and easy to view and understand
  • Add a search bar
  • It has made a positive impact in keeping good quality with the products we are reviewing
  • Increased transparency to commission calculation
It extremely easy to navigate and find what you need, but a search bar is always useful.
Because it is now transparent, it has made me trust the calculation much more.

It is an excellent way to present stats and other information all in one place. I would not say it is appropriate for group viewing.
