Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

This is a monthly commissions reporting tool. It automates the commissions process, including seeing past payments, current payments, and potential payments in the future. It allows for easier communication with our commissions department.

Very easy to use. Wish we had access to a mobile app.
There is definitely still a level of trust that we have to put into the solution. There is still a portion of human manual input that has to happen, or a connection with Salesforce, and all of that working together, perfectly can come with with some risk.
