Overall Satisfaction

Pros

  • Roles and permissions, scheduling, analytics, calendars, reports, customer service, training.

Cons

  • One caveat is that their permissions are on the person and not on the platform. Working with them to address.
  • Our governance process is now >80% compliant with branded URL shortening, link tracking code and overall compliance.

Product Usage

  • Managing of our social media presences across FB, TW, LI, YT, Flickr, Slideshare, Sina, Renren.

Evaluation and Selection

First time using a social media management system. Began in early 2010.
We looked at a dozen and the shortlist ended with Spredfast and Sprinklr. Chose Sprinklr because they were more Enterprise ready at the time. We continue to review other SMMS's, but have seen no reason to leave Sprinklr.
