Pros

  • Helps sort comments based on subject. We sort comments into several queues (for example, comments, questions, complaints). This helps greatly when we are moderating. It makes the process very efficient and allows multiple people on the team to work on the platform.
  • Helps team do reporting. Clients typically like to know how many 1:1 interactions we have. Sprinklr not only allows us to show the client these numbers, but breaks the numbers down even further. For example, how many comments were spam? How many complaints were answered? How many comments were deleted for profanity, etc.

Cons

  • Scheduling Posts: We have had a plethora of issues with scheduling on Sprinklr. We schedule our posts daily for Twitter, Facebook and Google+ on it. A lot of times there is an error and one or most posts won't go out at a given time. Sprinklr doesn't notify us or give a reason why it didn’t post.
  • Also, to give a specific example, you cannot tag on Sprinklr. So when we have posts to tag on Google+ or Facebook, we are unable to do so.
  • The platform is slow at times.
  • When compared to Tweetdeck and moderating on Facebook natively, it doesn’t give you the speed these platforms give. For reporting, it is great but for moderating is takes our team 2x-3x time amount of time it would take if we moderated natively.
  • Much better reporting for clients.
The platform is better for smaller clients. I work on one of the largest technology brands on the world with over 30 million fans and with the amount of traffic we receive on our pages daily, Sprinklr is just not up to par for moderating. Also, we love UGC. Tweetdeck allows you to catch this content, Sprinklr’s platform currently doesn’t allow this.
