Our organization uses Sprinklr to manage brand social media across multiple social media channels. It is valuable to us to be able to manage multiple social media channels through one platform.
- Sprinklr does a great job of enabling us to find our customers on social media.
- It allows us to hear what they are saying and/or asking about our brands.
- And it allows us to respond to our customers in a timely manner.
- Sometimes, though, Sprinklr cannot be used to respond to customers because you need to be in the native social media channel to see the entire context of a conversation.
Our social media community managers across multiple brands are currently using Sprinklr.
- Sprinklr has greatly improved our ability to deliver customer service in a much more efficient manner.
- Sprinklr has also allowed us to find champions of our brands and to cultivate those relationships.
I have not been involved in reviewing any similar products.
