We are using Sprinklr [Modern Sales & Engagement] to try to efficacy of our corporate and local advertisements. We have hundreds of independent groups that are running advertisements worldwide. Sprinklr [Modern Sales & Engagement] allows us to capture the success metrics for each of these metrics in one place to be able to identify best practices in our advertising efforts. We then share these best practices with our independent groups to improve their advertising efforts.

- Insights from dashboards could be more actionable rather than informational
- External link dashboards do not allow users to adjust timeframes of the data
- Many issues with Facebook ad accounts being deactivated from Sprinklr and consistently have to be added back in
