I work for a digital agency. The engineering team of my agency builds B2B and B2C platforms using Spryker's technology. In this development other teams are involved, such as UX, UI, Content, or Analytics. Our goal is to help our customers get digital by building e-commerce stores for them.

The Promotion module has room to improve since it is very static. It can be customised in-house though.
The PDP filters could be more visual and better laid out
The Content features could be enhanced, the CMS has not been improved in a while

Has allowed fast scale of new businesses going online
Has allowed internationalisation for customers that were not able to do so with their previous platforms
Better performance overall which meant better customer satisfaction
Faster go to market thanks to the modular development approach

Support Rating

[Support] is very good, it is easy to communicate bugs to the support team and get feedback when they are fixed in German or English.

Usability

Spryker is a very solid modular system. Stable and well established in the market across many different markets. I believe some modules can be enhanced to reflect the present & future needs of e-commerce, such as better processes for returns or real-time delivery tracking.
Their latest marketplace releases already deliver top features for companies with complex product catalogs.

From my experience, the Spryker B2B solution is well suited for any kind of company, from medium to big willing to start in eCommerce. The B2C solution fits better small and medium companies. It can be adapted to all branches: retail, food & beverage, arts, manufacture... anything that can be shipped to a customer basically.
