Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We use Square 9 workflows for our Accounts Payable invoice approvals & processing. We also use Square 9 for Document Storage for Accounts Payable, Donations, Cash Receipts, and Resident Trust.
- Ease of pulling up historical documents using index field searches
- Excellent oversight in the Accounts Payable process
- Minimizes missing invoices or late payments
- We are completely reliant on Square 9 for Accounts Payable processes, so when there is an error and the system goes down, our entire Accounts Payable process is frozen until it is fixed
- I wish there were a way to get ahold of Support immediately and have urgent issues fixed more quickly
- Much time is wasted in waiting for the system to load any given page or for documents to flow through GlobalCapture
- I wish fine tuning GlobalCapture templates were something that were more user friendly. Some don't work properly and I don't have the expertise to fix them
- Customizable Index Fields
- Customizable Searches
- Customizable Approval Workflows
- Minimized missing invoices
- Minimized late payments
- Makes audit faster & easier
- Improves fast access to historical payment/vendor data
- Ease of approval invoices for department heads
- Department heads have access to their own invoice history
At my last job we used Square 9 for document storage but chose AvidXchange for Accounts Payable processing because of price and because also paid the invoices. At my current job, we chose Smart Search because it was more customizable, our invoice approvals were less complicated, and we did not want our payments made by a third party.
