Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks

Square 9 Softworks has allowed our school district to eliminate paper files for ALL students and staff. We have also implemented an online version of our professional learning request form, which has been amazing! The ability to access records for students and staff with a few clicks on a keyboard has been life-changing!

The support we received from Square 9 Softworks was exceptional. From deployment to implementation, we always felt supported. The team we worked with had patience and exceptional response time. They were amazing to work with, I always felt supported. No matter how simple or complex my question was they always delivered.
We do not currently utilize the Square 9 Softworks system other than for document management. However, as we continue to grow, we will definitely explore our internal practices to search for additional areas in which we will be able to utilize Square 9 Softworks in our other business practices. I am very interested in using the program as an onboarding tool.
We did not research other product offerings so I have nothing to compare the program to. I can only share why we selected Square 9 Softworks to use as our document management system. Square 9 Softworks was amazing to work with from day 1 - we worked with Xerox initially for our scanning, but they introduced us to Steve Stratton from Square 9 Softworks who made every effort he could to make us feel supported as well as educated on the product offering.

The conversion of our files to digital format was just the beginning of the process. The Square 9 Softworks product suite has allowed our organization to streamline onboarding practices as well as record management. This product has allowed us to focus on systems across the district and has made it easier to create procedures that are used across our district which was not done prior to Square 9 Softworks.
