Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks

We use smart search to scan Certifications for the Aerospace Industries on parts that are inspected. These files must be saved for 40 years and smart search alleviates the problem of having to store paper files. It is also great to have all files accessible in one place with easy access.

  • Kept overhead costs down - we would have had to hire more personnel to manage files
Smart Search Support has always made them selves available to us in a timely fashion and has been able to solve any of the issues we encounter.
Cloud storage has freed up so much space in our offices seeing we no longer have to store actual paper copies.
It was great to make self determinations as to what search criteria's we needed when we initially set up the program.

Although integration can take some time Smart Searches end result is worth the effort. Being able to scan files and allowing access to multiple people in one area is such a help in saving time but mostly saving space where we would have to save paper copies. In the industry we work in reports have to be saved for 40 years and having to store that in paper would come at far greater cost than Smart Search.

30 - We have a range of people working for us from high school graduates to highly educated professionals. Softworks is an easy platform for all levels of workers.

We are a highly technical field of aerospace and have to save our files for 40 years. We would not be able to store all the paper files for a 40 year period because of space. With such ease of access I can not foresee ever going back to paper copies. Saves us space, time, and frustration in the long run.

Yes, because the value to us is very important should we have problems. They have been great.
Yes, when we purchased a new scanner and were having problem with it connection. Our IT dept was not able to find the problem but Square 9 was able to fix it right away.
