Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
The main reason we use Square 9 is for our AP workflow. The AP person enters an invoice into our software system and then scans it into Square 9. From there, the invoice is sent to whoever was assigned to approve it. Once approved, the AP person exports a batch of invoices to do a check run. All invoices are then stored electronically after the CEO gives their final approval.

- Can be slow when opening and closing individual invoices
- Invoices randomly get hung up in the workflow sometimes
- We don't use this software for anything other than AP workflow
The AP workflow process has been great for keeping our invoices stored electronically. We still save every paper copy, but Square 9 makes it much faster and easier to locate these invoices when needed. It is very easy to get approvers set up in the system, and it makes the check printing process so much more efficient.
I have not used any other document storage besides Square 9.
