Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
I use Square 9 to send invoices to our customers. We store invoices, and it will track past-due payments for me. I confirm customer orders with pricing each day. We use it for much more within our company; however, I am not a member of those user groups.
Pros
- Recall of invoices and sales orders.
- Ease of notification of the invoices.
- Ability to customize the platform for individual preferences.
Cons
- Connections.
- Servers resets required frequently.
- Manual data exchange problems.
- Removal of file cabinets - saving space.
- Ease of confirming orders.
- Ease of sending invoices.
- When Square 9 is down, we are unable to communicate with customers. We must take many extra steps to do the same job that Square 9 does for us easily.
I am only a backup resource for Accounts payable. I am not able to accurately answer this question.
