Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Square 9 for scanning, indexing, and storing AP documents. We use it to process invoices allowing the document to go through approval and automatically import into our accounting software for payment processing.

Time to Value

We had a dedicated employee that handled processing invoices, which included passing between departments for approval. The person was able to retire and we did not have to fill that position since the process has become more automated and less time consuming.

We use AI-powered data extraction to save employees time on input and data corrections. This has allowed the employee to help the company in other roles.
