Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We currently use a program called Global Capture supported by Square 9 that allows us to directly upload all of our invoices received through email onto our Sharepoint platform. This allows our co-workers to view the invoices whenever they need to when they are trying to reconcile their individual budgets.

It was almost immediate. Once the program was set up and running, our employees quickly switched from sending emails back and forth to directly looking up the invoices on Sharepoint. I know personally, i've noticed a lot less emails ending up in my inbox due to this program, which allows me more time to work on other things.
Having all of our invoices in one data base, saved on Sharepoint, really helps when it comes time to allow Auditors to look over our year end financials. They are easily accessible and they don't have to rely so much on our employees to physically pull invoices out of binders.
This is the only product that I can think of that we use so far. But we are willing to explore other options, such as automating the invoices being directly uploaded into our accounting software. It would definitely cut down on the time our accounts payable has to input all the information from each invoice.
