Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks

Document capture and workflow automation. The Square 9 Softworks tool helps capture important info from may different documents types and can then allow us to store the image and related data and put it in a workflow to review and approve or push the captured data from the document to another line of businesses application

The ai powered capture is really great , it’s got some solid functionality to not only read something structured like an invoice but something unstructured like a handwritten incident form. Square 9 Softworks has been helpful to many of my customers

    Happy to hear our InquireAI was able to help many of your customers! A few things to share: 1. Concurrent Licensing is back in our licensing model. Definitely worth talking to your channel director who can provide more details. 2. While we don't support reporting dashboards, we do have partners who can help, we also have folks tie directly into the Square 9 database with other business intelligence tools.
