Overall Satisfaction with Square POS
We use Square as a means of collecting payment from our different clinical locations. We are able to pre-collect on specific items which helps us with our overall receipt of payment, particularly for items not covered by a patient's health insurance. Each of our 30-odd clinicians use it while out in the field for a variety of different products.
Pros
- Simple to use - straight forward to collect payment and add products, issue refunds and track types of payment.
- Reliable - we are always able to collect payment, and while the transaction may not be complete until we are connected to better data signal or Wifi signal, the program will store the transaction until we are connected.
- Feedback - ability to provide feedback on the types and amounts of sales.
Cons
- N/A
- To be honest, my company is not very transparent to its employees about numbers, so I am not sure of the impact it has had on our ROI.
