Overall Satisfaction with Submittable
We use Submittable to rank nominees for Employee of the Month from submissions. Submissions are made, supervisors are asked for a recommendation, and the nominee submits a self-survey.
Pros
- Stores our records - important for recognition of employees
- Committe can access easily
- Streamlines the nomination and ranking process
Cons
- Allowing for information to carry over to any initial form submitted - identifying it as related to the nominee.
- Allow for forms to be resent if someone has not responded. Currently, we go through email.
- We are a limited user of Submittable; the cost seems high.
- Submittable saves time on ranking nominees
- Labels are great for organizing nominees
- Archiving nominees helps with keeping records that are easily retrieved
