Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey is being used by our team to create surveys and deploy them on other channels. They use it for collecting data for various types of research being done for diverse industries. Since SM is such a complete and flexible tool it makes it very convenient to be applied in many industries and situations.
  • Lots of question types and customization.
  • AI to rate your survey quality.
  • Bad support.
  • Lack of white labeling regarding domain names.
  • Set-up took a lot of time with their bad support.
  • Efficiency-wise we made great improvements thanks to SurveyMonkey.
It's a great and powerful platform and compared to its competitors it's an easy pick. It is good for both small and large companies. The analytics part of it is fine, but since we don't use it much there is not much to be said about it.
