I think that Google Forms is a bit more accessible as most of what we do is on google and so in that regard, it is hard to prioritize an external software when it can do basically the same things.

When trying to get an understanding of trends and opinions. This a great tool that allows for a quick response and comprehensive understanding of peoples thoughts on specific subjects. I feel as though it is a great tool to get to know your employees and students in regards to how they see their job.
