Overall Satisfaction with Swiftpage ACT!
I use Swiftpage ACT! to manage my contacts. They are grouped by type of customer, and I keep ongoing notes and updated documents on each of their records.
- Keeping track of up to date contact information
- Allowing me to create useful contact documents easily
- Save copies of all orders and next action tasks for each contact
- Easier mobile application would be nice
- I like it because I can always access my contacts' information whether I am at my office, or from remote locations.
I use QuickBooks more for financial management and invoice generation. Swiftpage ACT! is more for information storage and resource management.
