Overall Satisfaction with Swiftpage ACT!
Currently, we use Swiftpage ACT! for sales development and current client processes. It eventually will be used across the whole organization. We are using it to keep track of prospects and clients' conversations, notes, and follow-ups. We also use it to house our buyers' lists.
- Contact management is a very significant help
- Ease of use and simplicity are the building blocks of Swiftpage ACT!. I have always found it easy to work with and understand when looking to use another feature...at least most of the time.
- I really like the alert feature to keep track of necessary activities for each day.
- The easy of viewing the past notes and history is a lot easier than many of the other bigger ticket CRMs.
- I would probably use the phone app more if I remembered to always update the database to the web. I mostly use the desktop version.
- I wish it was a little easier to update the options for repeating activity names while inputting a note or history.
- It's been easy to keep track of progress of goals with the software. This provides the opportunity to know what is working and what is not.
- We have had to adjust a lot of things since the Virus issue took a foothold, but it is providing invaluable to make those adjustments.
- Our ROI has increased at least 30%.
Although other CRM's like HubSpot offer a free solution, I found that it didn't give much and the add-ons were very expensive. Many other companies have interfaces that are clunky or hard to understand. Also I found that many just offer way too many features that we would never use that just made it more difficult to use what we needed. The customized options are just way to expensive for the simplistic offering we need. Swiftpage ACT! just provides a solution that works for us.
