We use SymphonyAI IT Service Management as a incident, service request and change request process in our orginization and It is very good tool in which we have configure the approval authority so that we have to do any activity we require their approval and they automatically knows what we are doing in advance through SymphonyAI IT Service Management Tool.

- It's chatbot requires more advancement. It is less compatible with the application.
- It mobile webpage is not too responsive.
- It provide us the feature of tracking all the activities which are doing in an organization and save so much time also.
- It will provide the log details also which are helpful from audit point of view.
Becuase it is easy to setup and manage. We require only one manpower to handle this tool which is good for orginzation point of view. It is also easy to create new workflows, workgroups in this tool which is helpful for us in saving of time.
