Syncfusion is a clear winner over what Telerik has to offer in functionality, rapid development and hands down on support. I disliked how Telerik decides if they will fix reported bugs or suggested product enhancements. Syncfusion in my opinion is far more cost effective as well.
Personally, I find the components better built, plenty of features and very easy to incorporate into a new or existing project.
