Overall Satisfaction with Synoptix

We use Synoptix for monthly reports to the Board of Governors. The reports are built to reflect the same format as the annual financial statements in the audit report.

Pros

  • Summarizing data
  • Ability to drill into transactions

Cons

  • Detailed user guide availability with FAQs
  • Synoptix has been a real time saver for our CFO
I feel like there is a lot that I could learn how to do with Synoptix. Most of the previous questions referenced functionality that I'm not familiar with.
I can't think of any other report writing software/platforms that I've used in the recent past.
