Overall Satisfaction with Synoptix

Create our financial statements and net asset details reports

Pros

  • summarize detailed ledger data
  • run same report quickly after it is created
  • easy set up of reports

Cons

  • lag time when I am working with a vpn
  • reminder if save hasn't happened before leaving set up screen
  • saved time
  • Increased accuracy in reporting
I learned quickly, but does require training time to learn how to create reports
We needed add on software that works well with Colleague ERP

The lag time and sometimes not saving are my only down sides. There are lots of time saving by being able to rerun information quickly month after month once report is set up.
