Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Desktop
We currently use it to model out our end-to-end business processes to ensure we have descriptive models of the current state of customer orders. Currently working to build out more predictive models that can help guide our business into 2022
- Has all the calculations and features required to build out complex data models
- Has good training programs to bring people up to speed with functionality
- Has great presentation features when socializing data visualization to stakeholders
- The visualizations can have more visually appealing formats
- Functionality takes a bit of a learning curve, needs to be a little more intuitive
- Provides strong features that can be applied to any business requirements we've had
- The learning curve is what has slowed down adoption across the organization
It provides all the required tools necessary to plot out many business models requirements we've had.
