Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
We are using TalentLMS for our online university where we offer a whole range of technical and official certifications and free training to educate the Spanish speaking communities on Capture, Content Management, and Business Process Automation. We needed a platform that would allow us to offer our trainings online and that could also be used in other languages such as Spanish.
- Usability - TalentLMS interface is intuitive and easy to use
- Friendliness - The platform is easy to navigate and it doesn’t require much training in order to get started
- Customization – making any changes to the interface and add items to the portal is not that easy
- Templates – the templates for the certifications and portal are limited
- Time to Market - it allowed to go to market with our trainings in a short time as the configuration was friendly and easy to do
- Customer support - The customer support team are very responsive
After comparing the platforms, we decided against open source or WordPress plugins as the time to market was higher due to the development required to get the platforms up and running.
