Taleo is being used by the HR department including Talent Acquisition which is the department I work in. We use Taleo to post open jobs, move candidates along in the hiring process, communicate with candidates, start background checks and create and send offer letters. We also utilize Taleo to onboard new employees. Taleo does a good job of keeping track of candidates for EEO compliance.

- User friendly for candidates.
- Well known.
- Ability to add disposition stages.
- Better user experience.
- Ease of use for employees leads to increased efficiency.
