Overall Satisfaction with Taleo
I am a recruiter, and I used it to select and screen candidates for clients. It was used in the Human Resource Department but I am not sure if was used around the whole organization. ATS are used to find candidates, and I could disqualify unsuitable and forward suitable candidates to the next step. I found it user friendly and much easier to use that Brass Ring.

- it was hard to source candidates who were already in the database to see if they were a fit for another job
- It would be very convenient if people could apply using their Linked In accounts
- Can you forward people to different requisitions or do they have to apply to multiple jobs?
- Legal compliance- Everyone had to apply for the position
- better customer service- could communicate with the applicant
- Better efficiency - could easily find candidates
I was not in the selection process. However, I found it easier to use than Brass Ring. However, I don't think it is as good as My Recruit.
