Overall Satisfaction with tawk.to

tawk.to has been great to work with. It was nice to have someone always on our site to be able to capture lead data. We saw a really nice increase in leads when we started using them.

Pros

  • User experience
  • the ability to communicate with website visitors
  • run in the background

Cons

  • hard to find previous conversations
  • I find myself looking through settings for a long time to make certain changes
  • I think the dashboard could use an overhaul
  • immediate conversations
  • turn conversations into leads real time
  • has helped build the pipeline
I think it's really good but could use a bit of an overhaul on the main dashboard.
