Overall Satisfaction with tawk.to

Tawk.to is used as our web chat platform. Its used by our customer service teams for any online inquiries

Pros

  • The "freemium" version is very good
  • Reliable
  • Easy to use
  • Quick to set up

Cons

  • Mobile compatibility issues at times with the chat icon too large and obstructing page features for users. No ability to customise this within our site.
  • Hard to gauge, but at a minimum positive ROI
