Overall Satisfaction with tawk.to
We use tawk.to Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm to monitor if online website users are trying to chat with us. The host platform for our site doesn't offer a live chat feature for us to utilize so this is a convenient, compatible solution for us! It makes it easy to answer people's questions and get them information in real time.
Pros
- Speedy receiving and sending of messages
- Can mark that you're active or inactive
- Can see when people are on the site, even if they're not using the webchat
Cons
- I wish it could somehow gather information (like at least someone's name) on chatters, in case we get disconnected
- It is an inexpensive way to make us even more reachable
- Zendesk Chat, Intercom and Birdeye
We were drawn to tawk.to because of its ease of use. Other sites seemed complicated and expensive for what you get in return. We'd heard good things from another person in our industry that they'd had a good experience with it so we decided to give it a shot and have not regretted it!
