Overall Satisfaction with Teachable
Teachable hosts my online school and some digital products. I have around 30 classes and products in total. It also manages all the e-commerce transactions that allow me to sell these both directly and through affiliates, and to account for sales taxes at the point of sale.
- Hosting video-based training
- Receiving and passing on payments and handling the slaes tax
- Allowing me to work with affiliates
- Communication with customers about changes to terms
- Customer support is slow
- Integration with Active Campaign
- This is the basis of my business.
I evaluated Teachable against Thinkific and Kajabi when I started the business. I get regular pitches from new to market comeptitors. However the cost/effort of switching is not justified by the incremental features or better terms they offer. So, I have not recently re-evaluated Teachable in detail against its competitiors. I do know, however, that I could get a broadly similar solution for less money.
