Overall Satisfaction with Teamleader

We use this tool in order to track time, organize project and mosly create invoices for patients that want to contract our service.

  • Shared calendar has its limitations. Maybe we could add more options to combine better schedules.

Easier and visually easier to work with. The real time tracking is very helpful.

Besides having some tools to improve, it's a simple yet useful tool to organize data in order to improve patients quality and internal development.
Very effective team. If ANYTHING occurs their assistance is pretty much immediate. They take longer by email but it works everytime.
Teamleader is very useful in terms of collecting even old patients data and compare it to the new ones, in order to create a tendency and prediction. Tools are very specific and allows to create a development to help other teammates. Performance wise.
